Processing Time All products are custom-made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to shipping transit time.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears stuck or lost, please contact us at therealharleyknox@gmail.com and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate. Please allow the full estimated delivery window before reaching out.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at therealharleyknox@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order goes into production.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
